Born and raised in the farming and ranching community of Conrad, Montana, Austin Zomer carries with him a strong work ethic, deep integrity, and a genuine sense of community.
These core values are evident in every interaction and relationship he builds.
A 2017 graduate of Montana State University – Bozeman (Go Cats!), Austin holds a degree in Finance and Accounting. He began his career in commercial real estate in Midtown Manhattan, where he thrived in the high-energy environment of New York City. However, his heart remained in Montana, and he eventually returned to put down roots in the Flathead Valley.
In April 2024, Austin became Owner and President of Escrow Montana, building on the legacy of founder Catherine ‘Puck’ Witmer. With a background in real estate, finance, and accounting, Austin brings a unique perspective to long-term escrow services—offering secure, transparent, and personalized financial solutions. He believes in forming personal relationships with every client, knowing that when it comes to handling hard-earned money and creative financial decisions, trust is everything.
Austin is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with Shadow Creek Land Company, a boutique brokerage based in Whitefish. His approach is hands-on, high-touch, and client-driven—providing tailored service to everyone from first-time buyers to experienced investors, ensuring smooth and stress-free transactions.
Outside of the office, Austin enjoys the full Montana lifestyle. Whether he’s on the lake or river, golfing, snowmobiling, or exploring new places, he values quality time with his wife Chelsy, daughter Kennedy, and a close-knit group of family and friends.
Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or secure a long-term escrow agreement, Austin is committed to guiding you with honesty, care, and local expertise.
