Opening Fees – collected at closing

  • Set Up Fee: $500
  • Taxes & Insurance Reserve Fee: $75
  • Future Reconveyance Fee: $80 or based on Trustee’s Reconveyance Fee

Complex escrows may incur additional fees


Payment Fees – per payment

(if multiple payments are made the fee increases accordingly)

  • Monthly Fee: $15/$20
  • Quarterly Fee: $35/$40
  • Semi-Annual Fee: $70/$85
  • Annual Fee: $150/$155

Disbursement of funds– two disbursements per account included. $3.00 per extra added.

  • Contract Modification: $75
  • Assignment of Interest Fee: $75
  • Recording/Filing Fee: $20.00 First Page/$10 Per Extra Page
  • Default Fee: $75
  • NSF: $40
  • Stop Payment: $25
  • Wire Fee: $30
  • Physical Check/Paper Receipt Mail Out – $5.00
  • Payment Disbursement Fee: $15 per check/payment sent
  • Reconveyance Fee: $80 or based on Trustee’s Reconveyance Fee
  • Closing fee: $250

Rates are reviewed annually and may be adjusted at the beginning of the calendar year.
